African education is still plagued with the challenges of inequality in the access to quality education. These challenges encompass limited infrastructure in remote and underprivileged regions, hindering students' ability to attend schools and access adequate learning resources. Socio-economic disparities, including poverty and gender discrimination, result in unequal opportunities for education, with girls and children from marginalized communities facing the brunt of the inequity.
